About my booking

WHEN I CAN DO MY BOOKING?

You can make your reservation from 1:00 p.m. the day before your stay at the hostel, until 1:00 p.m. the same day.

HOW CAN I FIND A HOSTEL?

You can find your hostel by indicating in the search engine on the main page the city where it is located. If you prefer, it is also possible to see all the hostels on a route, choosing this option in the search engine.

DOES IT HAS AN EXTRA COST THE ONLINE BOOKING?

The reservation platform is completely free.

WOULD I HAVE TO REGISTER IN THE WEB SITE?

If you register on the website you can make reservations in a simpler way, saving time.

WOULD IT BE POSSIBLE TO BOOK FOR A GROUP?

On the web you can make booking for up to 5 people. If you want to make a reservation for more people, write us an email to reservas@alberguesxacobeo.gal.

CAN I MODIFY MY BOOKING?

You can make changes in your booking by contacting the User Support Service, by email, by chat or by phone.

WHEN MY BOOKING IS CONFIRMED?

Your booking will be confirmed when you have received an email of confirmation from alberguesxacobeo.gal

CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?

It would be recommended that you cancel your booking as soon as possible, so that the reserved bed, if not used, can be made available to another user.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I DON´T CANCEL MY BOOKING?

If you do not cancel your booking before 8:00 p.m. on the day of overnight stay, or if you do not arrive at the hostel before 8:00 p.m. on the day of overnight stay; the booked bed will be available for use by another user. Except, that you inform the Hostel about your arrival after 08:00 p.m. on the day of the overnight stay.

HOW CAN I MAKE A BOOKING FOR A DISABLED?

People with reduced mobility or disabled who wish to make a booking, should contact with the User Support Service by:

If applicable, a document that accredits your disability and the degree of it, as well as the credential that justifies that you are doing the Camino.

Payment

WHEN IS THE PAYMENT MADE?

The payment will be done at Check-in when you arrive to the hostel.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED?

The only accepted form of payment is cash

COULD I INQUIRE A BILL?

The invoice request is available to users, for which they must request it from the hostel manager by filling in the corresponding form in which they must include the complete tax data and attaching to it the original tickets / vouchers that are delivered to the hostel in the moment of making the payment.
